J. Adami is an emerging film and stage actor based in Maryland. She made her film debut in The Good Lord Bird as the Gardener with Joshua Caleb Johnson, directed by Ethan Hawke and Haifaa al-Mansour. Her film and television roles include: Netflix's House of Cards as a Department of Justice Lawyer together with Elizabeth Marvel, directed by Robin Wright. Snowden alongside Joseph Gordon Levitt, directed by Oliver Stone; VEEP (season 4, episode 6) with Julia Louis Dreyfus directed by Armando Lannucci; Henrietta Lacks Story with Oprah Winfrey directed by George C. Wolfe; Billions with Paul Giamatti Directed by Anna Boden, Parks and Recreation (season 7) with Amy Poehler directed by Dean Holland. She also did stand-in work for Cicely Tyson, Kerry Washington, Lisa Gay-Hamilton, Amanda Warren, and Renée Elise Goldsberg.
